Tennessee has added to the offer list of talented defensive end Keahnist Thompson from Lakeland, Florida. The Vols are now one of several Power Five schools to actively pursue the junior.

At 6-foot-4, 230-pounds, Thompson has an ideal size for someone at his age and position. The 247Sports Composite rates Thompson as a 4-star prospect, No. 15 strong-side defensive end in his class, and No. 34 prospect in the state of Florida.
Florida, Miami, Alabama, Auburn and Texas A&M are just a few of the schools that have already offered Thompson.
Tennessee currently has just one commit in the 2022 recruiting class, in defensive end Jimmy Scott.
