Tennessee has ventured into a familiar recruiting landscape for head coach Jeremy Pruitt, going into Trussville, Alabama to extend a scholarship offer to offensive lineman Riley Quick of the 2022 recruiting class.

Quick stands at 6-foot-5, 242-pounds as a sophomore at Hewitt-Trussville High School, and is rated a 4-star prospect by 247Sports.
A standout at both offensive tackle and defensive end in high school, Quick is projected to play offensive line in college. Georgia Tech, Missouri and UAB have also offered Quick.
Hewitt-Trussville shares a region with Hoover High School, Pruitt’s former employer and a national high school football powerhouse. Pruitt’s connections with the prep scene in Alabama often helps him in recruiting, and could very well pay off with Quick.
