While the NCAA may have suspended on and off-campus recruiting until April 15th, schools are still able to extend scholarship offers to prospects.
Tennessee has wasted no time, extending an offer to 2021 athlete Trevion Stevenson.

Stevenson is a 3-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite, and is rated the No. 52 weak-side defensive end in his class, despite being listed as an athlete.
The Hampton, Va. native has not attracted a lot of big-time attention, although he does have a long list of offers. Tennessee is the first SEC offer for Stevenson, who also holds letters from Cincinnati, Army, Old Dominion, Charlotte, Austin Peay and several other non-Power 5 schools.
