The early signing period for the 2021 recruiting class is approaching, taking place Dec. 16-18.
Despite the limited window left to recruit players, Tennessee has not stopped its effort in completing the 2021 class.
The Vols extended an offer to safety Juwon Gaston of Montgomery, Alabama.

Gaston has been an under-the-radar prospect at least in the eyes of Power Five programs and does not currently hold a rating on the 247Sports Composite. He has offers from Chattanooga, Austin Peay, Jackson State, Charlotte and other programs.
Derrick Ansley is assigned as Gaston’s primary recruiter.
Tennessee currently has 25 prospects committed to the 2021 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 14 in the country.
