Ingram-Dawkins had Tennessee among his final choices, as well as North Carolina and South Carolina.
The Gaffney, South Carolina, native is rated as the No. 14 defensive tackle prospect in the country and the top prospect in South Carolina by the 247Sports Composite.
The 6-foot-5, 298-pound prospect will add to a 2021 recruiting class for Georgia that is the No. 6 class in the country, with Tennessee sitting at No. 10.
This comes weeks after the Vols lost five-star offensive line prospect Amarius Mims, who also committed to Georgia.
