Teddy Bridgewater is a free-agent QB that should be getting attention from a lot of NFL teams this offseason – both because of his skills on the football field and the type of person he is off the field.
Bridgewater jumped in for Drew Brees this past season when the veteran went down with a thumb injury and went 6-0 as a starter for the Saints.
Bridgewater has been able to keep a positive attitude during his career, even when injuries have knocked him out for long stretches.
On Tuesday he shared an inspirational message to kids and its even more proof of how great a person he is:
Twitter rightfully loved it:
Teddy Bridgewater, and other young men like him, give me hope for the future. More importantly, he gives hope to boys who are often forgotten and neglected as they navigate a difficult path they didn’t choose. I hope he’s on my favorite team forever. But I’m a fan, regardless. https://t.co/l66vN8lBCM
