The 2023 USA Basketball Men’s National Team will be playing the first of five exhibition games on Monday against Puerto Rico and if you’re wondering how you can watch all the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
Not only will there be basketball again, but some members of the Brooklyn Nets will be helping Team USA in its pursuit of gold this summer. As Nets Wire has covered, Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson are on the 2023 FIBA World Cup squad and from multiple reports, both will be key in helping the team win the whole thing.
Team USA will play four more exhibition games after this one in preparation for the World Cup that is scheduled for Aug. 25 – Sep. 10. In the all-time series between Team USA and Puerto Rico, the U.S. is 63-9 and won the last time that these teams met, in the 2022 FIBA Men’s AmeriCup, 85-84.
