Tennessee and head coach Tony Vitello received a commitment to the Vols’ program on Tuesday.
Kennesaw State sophomore pitcher Tanner Franklin committed to Tennessee.
“Extremely blessed for this new opportunity,” Franklin announced. “Thank you Lord. Go Vols! Psalms 24:17”
The 6-foot-5, 240-pound Franklin (6-1) appeared in 34 games, including three starts, across the 2023-24 seasons at Kennesaw State. He recorded 61 strikeouts, a 6.34 ERA and five saves in 38.1 innings pitched.
