Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be home team in NFL’s first game in Germany

Will the Tampa Bay Buccaneers call Germany home for one game in 2022?

A little international NFL news on a Friday in late February.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers likely will be without Tom Brady for the 2022 season.

The reigning NFC South champions are going apparently have one of their home games away from Raymond James Stadium.

The report from Sports Business Journal suggests the Buccaneers will be the home team in the NFL’s first game in Germany.

While date and opponent are still to be announced — SBJ says it could come as soon as Monday — there has been speculation the foe will be the Kansas City Chiefs.

The game is slated for Munich.
