Takeo Spikes named ‘Legend of the Game’ for Bills vs. Raiders

TKO back in OP:

Takeo Spikes is ready to bring the boom to Orchard Park again like he has so many times in the past.

The Bills have announced that Spikes will be back in Orchard Park and honored on Sunday during the team’s game against the Raiders. He will be the “Legend of the Game.”

Spikes is excited for his return:

Spikes spent four of his 15 years in the NFL with the Bills. He suited up for the team from, 2003 to 2006, earning his only Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors in the league with the team.

Spikes specifically noted to the team’s website he’s especially honored to be in town for the home opener.

“I remember the first day that I walked into the Bills’ stadium for the season opener, and that was a magical day for me that I will never forget,” Spikes said.

Prior to kickoff, Spikes will be one of the first ones out of the tunnel at Highmark Stadium. He’ll pump Bills Mafia up just ahead of the opening kick and team introductions.

Get to your seats early to see Spikes’ acknowledgement.
