Wisconsin can now initiate contact with 2022 targets

There were hundreds of high profile high school athletes counting down the minutes last night, waiting for schools to contact them. Per NCAA rules, Tuesday marks the first day that schools can initiate contact with class of 2022 prospects, and the Badger were busy when the clock hit midnight. Here is a look at a plethora of prospects that Wisconsin reached out to yesterday.

The new Badger bat signal “#BadA22Badgers,” a Twitter hashtag used to signify the Wisconsin class of 2022 was sent out to a number of highly touted targets both in-state and out of state. Wisconsin’s first commit in the class, in-state S Braelon Allen, shared the edit and hashtag that was sent out to prospects.
