Former Tennessee 2022 commit to play for a Big Ten school.

Venson Sneed, a former 2022 Tennessee commit, announced his commitment to Indiana on Sunday.

“See you in the trenches Indiana football,” Sneed said on Twitter.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pound defensive lineman decommitted from the Vols on Dec. 12. He committed to Tennessee on April 15.

Sneed’s commitment to Indiana comes ahead of the 2022 early signing period. The football early signing period takes place Dec. 15-17 for the 2022 recruiting class.

Venson Sneed commits to Tennessee

Tennessee Vols’ football recruiting news.

Josh Heupel has received his second commitment as Tennessee’s head coach for the Vols’ 2022 recruiting class.

He was hired on Jan. 27 after serving in the same capacity at UCF from 2018-20.

2022 defensive end Venson Sneed announced his commitment to the Vols on Thursday.

The 6-foot-4, 231-pound defensive end is from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, Florida.

Sneed was offered by the Vols on Feb. 19. Heupel offered the 2022 prospect on Jan. 11, while still serving as head coach at UCF.

Sneed has Power Five offers from Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa State, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

2022 Florida defensive end announces visit to Tennessee

Tennessee Vols’ football recruiting news.

Josh Heupel and Tennessee’s coaching staff continues to recruit the Vols’ 2022 signing class.

2022 defensive end prospect Venson Sneed announced he will visit Tennessee June 25-27. He was offered by the Vols on Feb. 19.

“Packing my bags,” Sneed said on Twitter about his upcoming visit to Knoxville.

The 6-foot-4, 260-pound defensive end is from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, Florida.

Sneed has offers from Tennessee, Iowa State, South Florida, Buffalo, Coastal Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Indiana, Kentucky, Marshall, Pittsburgh, Central Florida, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

The Vols do not have a commitment for its 2022 recruiting class. Heupel was hired as Tennessee’s head coach on Jan. 27.
