First look: UCLA at Oregon odds and lines

Looking at Saturday’s UCLA Bruins at Oregon Ducks college football odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

The No. 10 UCLA Bruins (6-0, 3-0 Pac-12) visit Eugene to face the 9th-ranked Oregon Ducks (5-1, 3-0) Saturday at Autzen Stadium. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we look at UCLA vs. Oregon odds from Tipico Sportsbook; check back for all our college football picks and predictions.

Both Oregon and UCLA are playing at an extremely high caliber. The only blemish between either team is the 49-3 loss suffered by the Ducks in their opener against the Georgia Bulldogs Sept. 3. Oregon has beaten everyone in its path since, including Saturday’s 49-22 victory against Arizona in Tucson.

UCLA, which is coming off a bye, is one of the more surprising teams this season as coach Chip Kelly has the Bruins playing at a playoff level. QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson has been wonderful so far. He threw for 299 yards with 4 TDs on 18-for-23 pass attempts 2 weeks ago in a 42-32 home victory vs. then-No. 11 Utah.

UCLA vs. Oregon head-to-head

The Ducks and Bruins have played 3 times since 2018. Oregon has won all the games and have scored a minimum of 34 points in each game.

The most recent 2 games in the series, in 2019 and 2021 were 1-score games with Oregon winning by 4 and 3 points, respectively. Under new coach Dan Lanning, Oregon has been able to continue its offensive output while also strengthening the defense. UCLA’s offense has produced and outscored opponents despite the limitations of the defense.

These teams are 9-3 O/U combined this season. While the 70.5 number is high, it is in the realm of what to expect from this battle between the top 2 teams in the Pac-12.
