Tristan Wirfs is looking so fresh and so clean

Bucs rookie offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs looks to be getting cleaned up before training camp begins.

Bucs training camp is set to get underway soon, so rookies will get the chance to finally meet all their new teammates in person. The coronavirus pandemic shut down team facilities earlier this year, making it an offseason unlike any other for an incoming rookie class.

For Tampa Bay, the highlight of this year’s draft for them was their selection of offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs in round one. Wirfs will add immediate size and strength to an O-line that will be looked upon to protect 43-year-old quarterback Tom Brady this season.

Wirfs has been hitting the field, and pool, to stay in shape ahead of training camp. Now, it’s time to shape up his hair. Take a look at Wirfs’ recent Instagram story, which has him looking so fresh and so clean.

Tristan Wirfs proves he can still jump out of a pool

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs displayed his insane athleticism in the pool over the weekend.

The Buccaneers’ selection of Iowa offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs in April’s NFL draft was seen as a huge get for a team that was in the market for one of the class’ top-ranked tackles.

Wirfs will be plugged in right away up front to help provide stability along an O-line that surrendered 47 sacks last season on former quarterback Jameis Winston. Tampa Bay can’t afford to let their new quarterback Tom Brady take a pounding like that, especially since the six-time Super Bowl champion will be 43 when the 2020 kicks off.

But Wirfs seems ready for the challenge, and the Bucs should be thrilled by their selection of the talented young rookie. And while Wirfs wowed scouts with his performance at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis earlier this year, a video of him jumping out of a pool was what turned many heads.

And, Wirfs decided to see if he still had it in him over the weekend. Take a look.

Just a friendly reminder that Tristan Wirfs can jump out of a pool

The Bucs selected Iowa OT Tristan Wirfs in round one of the 2020 NFL draft. Wirfs became a virtual star recently by posting this video.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected Iowa OT Tristan Wirfs with the 13th pick in the 2020 NFL draft.

The Iowa Hawkeye will provide some much-needed protection up front for prized quarterback Tom Brady, who will be leading an offense that also includes guys like Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Rob Gronkowski.

But if you think Wirfs is just a great O-lineman because of his size (6-foot-5, 320 pounds), think again. This guy has insane athleticism. Need proof? Take a look below.

First Gronk and now an offensive tackle who can box jump out of a pool? It’s a good week for Brady. Now if he can only stop walking into random houses.
