2025 3-star WR and Texas A&M commit will place in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game

One of Texas A&M’s 2025 wide receiver commits will make an appearance in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is top-heavy in the offensive and defensive trenches, while 5-star quarterback Husan Longstreet obviously sticks out as the most talented commitment in the cycle. However, one highly underrated Aggie commit has continued to stick out during his senior season.

2025 3-star wide receiver Tristan Norman, who committed to the Aggies back in joining, is likely only being overlooked due to his 6-0, 167-pound frame. Still, regarding his traits as a receiver, there’s a reason a video of him making an impressive catch makes its way to social media every week.

So far this season, Norman has nearly matched his 2023 receiving production during his final season at Carver HS in Montgomery, Alabama, reeling in 24 receptions for 465 yards and 5 touchdowns with a 19.4 yards per reception average. Due to his consistent play, Norman has accepted an invitation to play in the annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.

Set for December 14th, the Norman will play for the Alabama team as Texas A&M’s lone representative. While Norman doesn’t have the flashy 5-star designation in his favor, he now has a chance to show off his skillset on an even bigger stage before officially signing with the Aggies in the coming months.

According to 247Sports, Norman is currently positioned as the 55th-ranked wide receiver and 21st-ranked prospect in Alabama.

‘He’s a rare talent’ 2025 Texas A&M 3-star WR commit continues to turn heads

Texas A&M 2025 WR commit Tristan Norman is a very impressive prospect

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is filled with talent at every position, and while some fans grade each prospect’s talent level by their star designation, one of the program’s lower-rated commits has been putting on a show during his final senior season.

2025 3-star wide receiver Tristan Norman committed to Texas A&M in late June. He came in under the radar after receiving offers from Auburn, Georgia, and Vanderbilt before several visits to College Station solidified his collegiate future, especially under OC Collin Klein’s scheme.

Norman’s core traits are speed and on-field production. At 6-0 and 163 pounds, he knows that he will need to add more muscle to his frame at the next level. However, for those of us who have only watched his tape, those who have watched him live know just how good this young man is.

During Norman’s recent game at Carver HS, Larry Rudolph of QBC Media, who resides in Mobile, Alabama, had a front-row seat to watch to watch the young receiver put his skillset to work.

“Elite” is a widely used term for certain prospects, usually designated 5-star recruits. Still, from the tape, Norman’s ability to track the ball and beat his defenders with downfield speed and agility shows a player that should begin to rise in recruiting rankings officially signing with Texas A&M.

During his 2023 junior season, Norman reeled in 44 receptions for 736 yards and 10 touchdowns.

According to 247Sports, Norman is currently positioned as the 77th-ranked wide receiver and 22nd-ranked prospect in Alabama.
