Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl LV Odds

Odds via BetMGM, last updated March 18 at 3:20 p.m. ET.

The Buccaneers are +1600, tied with the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles with the fourth-shortest odds to be next season’s Super Bowl LV champion. It would be Brady’s seventh championship if it occurs, further cementing his already first-ballot ride into the Hall of Fame someday.

Only the Kansas City Chiefs (+650), Baltimore Ravens (+750), San Francisco 49ers (+850) and New Orleans Saints (+1200) have shorter odds.

New to sports betting? A future bet is placing a wager on an event to come much later, generally months, down the line. The odds are generally favorable, which can lead to significant profit if you nail the winning ticket. A $100 wager on the Buccaneers today would return a profit of $1,600 with a Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV victory.

+1600 odds represent 16/1 fractional odds, or the oddsmakers forecasting the Buccaneers have a 5.88% chance of winning Super Bowl LV.

Just about six weeks ago, at the conclusion of Super Bowl LIV, the Buccaneers were +5500 odds. Brady’s addition moved the sports betting line considerably. And now that Brady has moved from the AFC to the NFC, there’s always a chance he could meet up with his former New England Patriots squad in the Super Bowl. Wouldn’t that be a sight?

Speaking of those Patriots, without Brady their odds became longer, going from +1400 to +2000 at BetMGM. The power of Brady and the shifting odds board; expect to see more during the coming weeks and months.
