Titans’ Derrick Henry wins AFC Offensive Player of the Week

For the second time this season, Titans running back Derrick Henry has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week.
In Week 17, Henry accomplished a whole host of things, including becoming the eighth player in NFL history to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season.
However, reaching that mark should have been no easy task — well, at least not for mere mortals — as Henry needed 223 yards to get there.
Not only did he reach that total, but King Henry also surpassed it by rushing for a career-high 250 yards and two scores.
The Alabama product finishes the season with 2,027 yards, the fifth-most in a season in NFL history. He also secured his second straight rushing title, the first player to do so since LaDainian Tomlinson in 2006-07
