On Thursday night, the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 152-79.
No, that’s not a typo; the Grizzlies secured a victory over the Thunder by 73 points. The Grizzlies’ dominant win against the Thunder was good enough to surpass the NBA’s largest margin of victory in league history.
After the blowout came to an end, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green chimed in on Twitter with his reaction to the Grizzlies’ record-breaking victory.

Every member of the Grizzlies played at least 14 minutes in the game, with nine players scoring in double-figures. Jaren Jackson Jr. tallied a game-high 27 points in 9-of-11 shooting from the field with three rebounds, two blocks and two steals. As a team, the Grizzlies shot a ridiculous 62.5% from the field and 52.8% from long-distance in the game.
Lu Dort led the Thunder with 15 points on 3-of-8 shooting from the field in 25 minutes. No other members of the Thunder recorded over 12 points.
The Thunder now hold the second-worst record in the Western Conference at 6-16.
