Bill Belichick and Peyton Manning will break down NFL film on new show

Bill Belichick will join Peyton Manning to preview ‘Monday Night Football’ games on a new ESPN+ show this season.

Earlier this offseason, reports emerged that Peyton Manning was recruiting Bill Belichick to join him at Omaha Productions in 2024. Manning’s pitch worked.

ESPN officially announced this week that Belichick will be a special guest on all 11 “ManningCast” broadcasts of Monday Night Football games this season, joining Peyton and Eli Manning. Separately, Belichick will also appear as a guest on the “The Pat McAfee Show” on Mondays this fall.

Perhaps even more notable than Belichick’s role on the “ManningCast,” though, is this an upcoming new show with Manning.

During the season, Belichick and Manning will break down the upcoming MNF matchup on “The Breakdown with Peyton and Belichick” on Fridays on ESPN+. Unfortunately, Belichick and Manning will only preview games that will feature a “ManningCast,” so that show will have 11 episodes in 2024.

After debuting on ESPN+, each episode will later air on ESPN2.

The 30-minute show will premiere on Friday, Sept. 6 with Belichick and Manning previewing the New York Jets vs. San Francisco 49ers showdown. Peyton and Eli will return with a new season of the “ManningCast” — joined by Belichick — on Monday, Sept. 8.

The Denver Broncos will host the Cleveland Browns on MNF in Week 13 this season. That game is set for Monday, Dec. 2.
