The Tennessee Titans (3-8) face the Washington Commanders (7-5) Sunday. Kickoff from Northwest Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Titans vs. Commanders odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.
Week 12 should have been a get-right spot for the Commanders. After losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles in Weeks 10 and 11, respectively, Washington lost 36-24 as an 11-point home favorite vs. the Dallas Cowboys — who were without QB Dak Prescott — Nov. 24 as the Over (44.5) hit.
Although the Commanders were a missed extra point away from sending the game into OT, Washington was outplayed the entire way. Late in the fourth quarter, the Commanders had only put up 9 points and trailed by 11 with 5 minutes remaining.
Tennessee, on the other hand, somehow snapped a 2-game skid with a 32-27 win as an 8-point underdog at the Houston Texans Nov. 24 with the Over (40.5) cashing. RB Tony Pollard rushed for 119 yards, but overall the Titans had 3 turnovers (vs. Houston’s 2) and allowed 8 sacks (vs. Houston’s 4).

Titans at Commanders picks and predictions
Prediction
Commanders 20, Titans 17
Moneyline
The Commanders are a much better team on paper. They are 5th in points per game (27.8), while the Titans are 28th (18.4). But at the current odds, it’s best to PASS.
Against the spread
Tennessee’s 2-9 ATS record is worst in the league. That being said, it has found some success on the road, going 2-4 ATS. And while Washington is 7-4-1 ATS this season, it is just 2-2 ATS after a loss.
While I don’t think the Titans will ultimately win, I do think they will keep the game close.
LEAN TITANS +6 (-110).
Over/Under
The one area that Tennessee has excelled at, relatively, is the run game. It is 14th in rushes per game (27.4) and 12th in rushing yards (118.4).
Washington, on the other hand, allows 4.8 yards per rush (27th) and 145.5 yards on the ground per game (29th).
With the clock running, I like the Under.
BET UNDER 44.5 (-110).
