The Titans have struggled in their last 3 games, having been outscored 91-48 in losses to the Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars. They now head to Los Angeles to take on a Chargers team coming off a 23-17 victory against the Miami Dolphins.
Chargers QB Justin Herbert threw 51 passes against the Dolphins and the Chargers will attempt to pass its way past a Titans defense that has been much better against the run than against the pass. The Chargers are finally healthy having WRs Mike Williams and Keenan Allen back. Their presence along with RB Austin Ekeler in the run and pass game will be a lethal combination for the Chargers.
For the Titans, Derrick Henry needs to get back on track after averaging less then 4 yards per carry in each of the last 4 games. The Chargers and their last ranked run defense will be a matchup the Titans and Henry will look to exploit. If they can do so, this game could remain close, and the Titans could get back on the winning side. If Henry continues to struggle, the Chargers will pass all over the Titans and send them to a 4th straight loss.

While I would not want to make a wager on the moneyline here, I would be willing to use the Chargers -155 in a parlay. This is excellent value for them, and it is not too high to make it overly prohibitive in a parlay to use.
Against the spread
BET CHARGERS -3 (-104).
The Chargers are finally healthy. Williams and Allen will be tough for the Titans to slow down with 2 key members of the secondary out. This will limit the need for the Chargers to use a run game which has struggled at times this season. Despite this, Ekeler is dangerous and will show it in this matchup.
The Titans should get some points with Henry running against the last-place Chargers run defense. But not enough to make this a game. Give me the Chargers -3 (-104) as my favorite play.
Over/Under
BET OVER 46.5 (-111).
These teams can both score. We have also seen in recent weeks that the Titans can be beaten when up against big receivers. Williams is back, and he will be able to use his size to get behind the Titans secondary for a score. The Titans will also score behind with Henry, not enough to win the game but enough to get this game Over the 46.5 total, a number which is a point or 2 too low for this game. If the number stays Under 49, I like the Over here.
