TEMPLE -4.5 (-110) is a tremendous play in this road outing across town against Penn at the venerable Palestra.
Temple won last season’s meeting by an 81-72 score, snapping a 2-game loss and cover streak in this series. It hasn’t won at Penn since Jan. 20, 2018, but the Owls are facing one of the worst Quakers teams in some time and one with little confidence entering play.
