Carolina Panthers are home underdogs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 10

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were blown out by the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football, but they’re still betting favorites over the Carolina Panthers in Week 10.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3) will be on the road in Week 10, looking to bounce back from an ugly loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football. They’ll visit the Carolina Panthers (3-6), who nearly upset the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. Kickoff at Bank of America Stadium will be at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. Below, we take a look at the early Week 10 betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

The Buccaneers were blown out by the Saints at home, losing 38-3 in Week 9. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak, and is the Buccaneers’ second loss to the Saints this year. They beat the Panthers 31-17 in Week 2.

The Panthers have lost four games in a row, but all of them were by 8 or fewer points. They played the Chiefs tough Sunday afternoon, only to fall 33-31. They’ll likely be without RB Christian McCaffrey, though, after he injured his shoulder in the loss.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers home favorites vs. New Orleans Saints in Week 9 NFC South showdown

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the betting favorites in their Week 9 home game against the rival New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football.

The New Orleans Saints (5-2) visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-2) for the Week 9 Sunday Night Football game at Raymond James Stadium. Kickoff is at 8:20 p.m. ET. Here’s a look at the early betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

This NFC South battle for first place is a rematch of their season opener when the Saints won at home 34-23. Making his Buccaneers debut, Tom Brady was intercepted twice in the loss.

In Week 8, the Saints needed overtime to escape with a 26-23 win at the Chicago Bears. QB Drew Brees (31 of 41, 280 passing yards) threw two touchdowns and K Wil Lutz kicked four field goals, including a game-winning, 35-yard field goal with 1:36 left in OT. New Orleans, which won its fourth in a row, led 23-13 early in the fourth quarter, but Chicago scored a touchdown with 3:32 to go and kicked a 51-yard field goal with 13 seconds left to tie it up. The victory was the Saints’ third consecutive by 3 points.

The Buccaneers beat the New York Giants 25-23 in the Monday Night Football game. The Bucs trailed 14-6 at the half, but Brady (28 for 40, 279 yards) threw two second-half touchdowns as they won a third in a row. The two TDs pushed Brady back ahead of Brees for the all-time lead in career touchdown passes 561-560. TE Rob Gronkowski caught one of Brady’s TDs as the duo connected for their 93rd touchdown, moving into second place on the all-time list as they passed Hall of Famers Steve Young and Jerry Rice of the San Francisco 49ers. The Indianapolis Colts duo of Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison hold the record at 114.
