LeBron jokes he would be a sous chef for Gordon Ramsay on Taco Tuesday

LeBron James and Gordon Ramsay both had a lot of fun with a twitter meme putting them in a house together.

Boredom is at an All-Time high in the United States and across the world as people from all over the world are encouraged to continue practicing social distancing amidst the global pandemic of coronavirus. While staying at home and watching Netflix is not at all a bad situation, it can induce boredom, with social media memes being one of the easiest ways for folks to escape from their current quarantines or jobs that are deemed essential.

One of those came in the form of a meme from US Weekly, which is a riff on the lunch table meme, but with a quarantine angle. Which house of celebrities would you quarantine with, with LeBron James included in House 5.

Ramsey caught the tweet and then tagged other members in the house, asking if they would be his sous chef, to which LeBron James volunteered, being that today is Taco Tuesday.

Although we don’t know about LeBron’s knife skills in the kitchen, he’s absolutely right that he knows how to assist after leading the NBA in assists this season.

LeBron James brought back Taco Tuesday at a time we all need it

It’s back!

Perfect timing, LeBron James.

We haven’t seen the Los Angeles Lakers megastar celebrate Taco Tuesdays in a loooong time. Back in August, it was all the rage: James would post videos of himself and his family — sometimes with guest stars like Anthony Davis — chowing down on tacos on Tuesdays. He did it on the set of Space Jam 2. He did it with 2 Chainz and kids from his foundation on stage.

He inspired the Packers along the way and got custom t-shirts. And then, it sort of faded into the background as the NBA season started.

But with LeBron and the league not playing as the coronavirus pandemic continues, TACO TUESDAY IS BACK!

Thank you, LeBron. We needed that.

LeBron James and Lakers spotted celebrating win over dinner in San Antonio

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers decided to celebrate Taco Tuesday a little early after Monday’s win in San Antonio.

How do you follow up your eighth straight victory and once again claiming the NBA’s best record for another night? You celebrate Taco Tuesday early, of course.

LeBron James dropped 33 points and 14 assists, including four 3-pointers, as the Lakers pushed their record to 15-2 and ripped of their 15th win in their last 16 attempts. The Lakers are rolling right now and even though by this time last year things had been improving, last year’s team never resembled what this Lakers team currently does. If you needed any other evidence, LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the rest of the squad were spotted grabbing dinner at San Antonio Mexican restaurant “Mi Tierra.”

LeBron also gave passers by an early rendition of ‘TACO TUESDAY.’

LeBron definitely tried to take the Lakers under his wing last year, but the generation gap between he and last year’s Lakers core was likely to wide to bridge. Although some youngsters like Kyle Kuzma (who will tell you 24 isn’t young) are still around, the vibes around the Lakers are as good as any of their fans could have imagined just over a month into the season.
