Wisconsin basketball went within the Badger family with their latest hire. Former Wisconsin basketball player Sharif Chambliss was hired as an assistant coach last week, bringing 15 years of college experience, four NCAA tournaments, and a playing career as a Big Ten guard at both Penn State and Wisconsin.

For Coach Chambliss, Wisconsin is home. The newest member of the staff recently commented on what it means to be back as a Badger courtesy of Wisconsin basketball’s Twitter page:
