2019-2020 Bowl Schedule: Games, dates, times, TV and location

Everything you need to know about the upcoming college football bowl season.

College football bowl season is upon us, with a total of 40 games gracing the schedule between Dec. 20 and Jan. 13, when a national champion will be decided.

LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Clemson are still vying for the College Football Playoff title. The other 74 teams will play over a 17-day span, starting with Buffalo and Charlotte in the Bahamas Bowl and ending with Louisiana and Miami Ohio in the LendingTree Bowl.

Here’s the full schedule for the 2019-2020 college football bowl season.

College Football Playoff National Championship

  • Date: Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019

Top-ranked LSU had the most impressive resume in the nation, beating four teams ranked in the top 13 of the final College Football Playoff rankings.

The Tigers will take on an Oklahoma team led by former Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts that sputtered a bit in early November but survived the season with just one loss, thanks to an overtime victory over Baylor in the Big 12 Championship Game.

Fiesta Bowl

  • Teams: No. 2 Ohio State vs. No. 3 Clemson
  • Date: Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019
  • Time: 8 p.m. ET

Ohio State getting the No. 2 seed matters because it has to face the tougher opponent in the semifinals — the Clemson Tigers. The Buckeyes are actually a small underdog in this game despite having the higher seed.

These two teams last met in the College Football Playoff in 2016, when Clemson blanked the Buckeyes 31-0 en route to a national title win over Alabama.

What time does Andy Ruiz vs. Anthony Joshua II start?

How to watch Andy Ruiz vs. Anthony Joshua II.

Andy Ruiz stunned the boxing world last June when he beat Anthony Joshua to win four heavyweight titles by TKO in a massive upset. On Saturday in Saudi Arabia, Joshua will have a chance at redemption, as Ruiz puts his belts on the line in the “Clash on the Dunes.”

Ruiz outweighed Joshua in their first fight by 21 pounds, and the Mexican champion tipped the scales at a surprising 283.7 pounds at the weigh-in on Friday, almost 50 pounds above Joshua at 237. According to boxing legend George Foreman, Ruiz’s excess weight will cost him in the rematch.

So, what time should you tune in?

The Ruiz vs. Joshua II pay-per-view card will begin at 12:00 p.m. ET on DAZN. The main event is expected to begin at around 3:45 p.m. ET.

Who is currently the tallest player in the NBA? And who is tallest in league history?

Wondering who the tallest player in the NBA is? And who was the tallest in league history? We’ve got you covered.

Height is always going to be at a premium in the National Basketball Association. With a ten foot hoop, it always helps to have guys who can get there easily. You might be wondering, however, who is the current tallest player in the NBA?

On an active NBA roster, the tallest player in the NBA right now is Boban Marjanović, who stands 7-foot-4 and plays for the Dallas Mavericks.

One wrinkle in the current ranking: Tacko Fall was drafted by the Boston Celtics this past year and stands at 7-foot-5, but he’s currently a member of the Maine Red Claws, Boston’s G-League affiliate.

The tallest player in NBA history is a tie between Georghe Muresan and Manute Bol. Both were listed at 7-foot-7.

We are in a little bit of a lull between World Cups right now, with the women’s World Cup of 2019 just ending — which the USA won — and two years out from the previous men’s World Cup.

You may be wondering when the next World Cup will be held.

After that tournament, the next women’s World Cup will be in 2023. No host country has been chosen yet, but several countries have put in a bid to host the tournament.

Those countries are:

  • Argentina
  • Australia and/or New Zealand (possible joint bid)
  • Brazil
  • Colombia
  • Japan
  • South Africa
  • South Korea and/or North Korea (possible joint bid)
