Seahawks vs. Chiefs head-to-head
The Seahawks and Chiefs used to be division rivals in the AFC West from 1977 to 2001 until the Seahawks moved to the NFC West in 2002. The Chiefs lead the all-time series 33-19 over the Seahawks.
