When it comes to 36 holes of stellar golf in one pristine location, coastal living with upscale homes, trendy onsite restaurants and recreational amenities for everyone, look no further than The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, MA.

This Premier Private Golf Community, a hidden gem on Cape Cod, recently completed renovations to its two championship waterfront courses, the Ocean Course and the Dunes Course, under the watchful eye of famed golf course architect Bruce Hepner. To complement golf, the Club modernized its entire facility, which boasts golf and Club memberships, wide-ranging resort amenities, and spectacular views of the iconic Nantucket Sound.

You can enjoy a varied golf experience – playing with ocean breezes and great wildlife along the water (The Ocean Course) or teeing it up on tree-lined fairways, parkland, and hills and undulation (The Dunes Course). You simply can’t go wrong.

The Ocean Course’s 7,131-yard track has been restored to its original glory with aesthetic enhancements, design variety and full bunker renovation for golfers of all levels to enjoy. It takes advantage of the ocean, pure and simple, with a renewed front-nine setting offering views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as redesigned, rebuilt and repositioned bunkers; expanded fairways and recontoured greens.

“Our goal was to make the golf better and interesting by changing grass lines and angles so people can subtly enjoy their round and surroundings,” said Hepner, who has renovated some of the world’s most renowned and top-ranked golf courses. “We infused classic architecture into the site to make it feel old, a classic style, where the golf course lays right on the land.”

As for the updated Dunes Course, which sits on 125 acres inland and threads through wetlands and woods, the bunkers were restructured, restored and relocated while fairway edges were expanded through to the greens and mounds were recontoured with softened slopes on multiple greens.

“Each course has been greatly enhanced, yet we’ve maintained the unique characteristics each course is known for. The modifications look like they’ve been here for years. They are natural and blend well with the course and its surroundings,” said Jim Clay, Director of Golf at The Club at New Seabury.

When it comes to golf amenities, New Seabury has it covered with a new Golf Practice & Teaching Facility: a 12-acre spread with expansive grass hitting areas, a two-acre short game area to practice every type of shot and a 20,000 square foot putting green along with a 100-yard sand bunker.

You can also enjoy a Stay & Play package at the newly renovated Sea Quarters accommodations. In addition to golf, enjoy a full-service clubhouse, five onsite restaurants, two beach clubs and beach bars, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, 16 tennis courts, pools, walking trails, and more. Resort guests can delight in a taste of the New Seabury lifestyle with guest lodging, while future homeowners can explore unique neighborhoods set amidst the country club setting.

A variety of Club memberships at The Club at New Seabury are available and give members full access to two 18-hole golf courses, a 12-acre golf practice area, a brand-new fitness center & pool area, multiple oceanfront dining options, a beach club, and many other unique amenities.
