A hat seen around the facility reads "Rent is Due," made by Rodney McLeod's Back of House brand. Jalen Hurts wore it Mon., Lane Johnson wore it last week.

Jalen Hurts has dealt with controversy and distractions over the years as a quarterback, and the Eagles’ new leader is holding himself and his teammates accountable on a daily basis.
As the Eagles talk about competition at every position and flirt with adding a big-name quarterback, Hurts has gone about the business of getting better every day.
Back in May, when he was originally asked about not being the Eagles starter at quarterback, Hurts stated this phrase, “Rents Due Everyday”.
That catch-phrase is now a moniker that most of the Eagles believe in and thanks to Rodney McLeod, the phrase has become an accessory.
“Rent is Due.”

Hurts use the phrase in referring back to Nick Saban’s approach when describing how he chooses to handle adversity and negative talk.
