The Rams are making 10 practices open to the public during training camp this year, beginning on July 28.
With things getting back to normal across the country, the Los Angeles Rams will be welcoming fans back to training camp this summer. Fans weren’t allowed to attend camp in Thousand Oaks last year due to the pandemic, but with the team heading back to UC Irvine, training camp will be back to the way it was in 2019.
On Friday, the Rams announced their full training camp schedule at UC Irvine, which includes 10 open practices for fans. The open practices will run from July 28 to Aug. 10, and fans can claim tickets for free online.
Below is the full schedule, courtesy of the Rams. Every practice will start at 4 p.m. PT, with the exception of July 30 and Aug. 6, which will begin at 3 p.m. PT. Gates will open 90 minutes prior to practice starting, and two hours early on July 31.
- Wednesday, July 28: Training camp kickoff
- Thursday, July 29
- Friday, July 30: Season ticket member appreciation day
- Saturday, July 31: Family Day and NFL’s “Back Together Saturday”
- Monday, Aug. 2
- Tuesday, Aug. 3: Free junior cheerleading clinic
- Wednesday, Aug. 4: Youth Sports Day

The Rams will break camp after their final practice on Aug. 10 ahead of their first preseason game against the Chargers on Aug. 14. At that point, they’ll likely return to Thousand Oaks and get into a more traditional schedule before the season begins.
Rams legends will be available for autographs and photos most days during camp, but it seems current players won’t have any availability – at least not at the moment.
