Rams inactives: Micah Kiser to play vs. 49ers

There are no surprises on the Rams’ list of inactives for Sunday night’s game.

The Rams announced their five inactives for Sunday night’s game against the San Francisco 49ers and there are no surprises on the list. Micah Kiser and Bobby Evans were both expected to be healthy for the game after missing Week 5, and they’re both active tonight.

Ogbonnia Okoronkwo has yet to be placed on injured reserve, so he’s one of the five inactives, along with Brian Allen, Brycen Hopkins, Trishton Jackson and Raymond Calais.

The only one of that group that isn’t a healthy scratch is Okoronkwo.

On the 49ers’ side, Jimmy Garoppolo and Nick Mullens are both active, while C.J. Beathard is inactive. So It’ll be Mullens backing up Garoppolo against the Rams tonight.

Rams Week 2 inactives: Gerald Everett and Natrez Patrick active

Gerald Everett is good to go for Week 2.

The Los Angeles Rams are seeking their third straight 2-0 start on Sunday with the Philadelphia Eagles up next on the schedule. They enter this game almost 100% healthy with only one player carrying an injury designation into the contest.

Gerald Everett was listed as questionable, but he’s going to be active against the Eagles. He wasn’t on the Rams’ list of inactives against Philadelphia, which is a good sign for the health of his back.

The Rams’ inactives are all healthy scratches for the second week in a row as they’ve done a good job avoiding injuries, for the most part.

Natrez Patrick, who the Rams activated from the practice squad Saturday, is also active. Raymond Calais is inactive for the second straight week, however, after the Rams signed him off the Bucs’ practice squad.

On the Eagles’ side, there are no surprises. Alston Jeffery remains out, as expected, while Lane Johnson, Miles Sanders and Javon Hargrave are all active.

How to Watch Cardinals vs. Rams, NFL Week 17 Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

The NFC West has been one of the toughest divisions in football this season, with the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams finishing in the bottom this season. However, both teams have shown plenty of explosiveness throughout the season, and their Week 17 matchup in Los Angeles will likely provide plenty of fireworks when two dynamic offenses take the field.

Arizona (5-9-1) picked up a second consecutive win last week when the team surprised the Seattle Seahawks on the road with a 27-13 victory. After allowing an early touchdown to Russell Wilson and Seattle, the Cardinals kept the Seahawks out of the end zone for the remainder of the game. The Cardinals scored 20 straight points after the opening touchdown by the Seahawks and held on for the victory despite quarterback Kyler Murray exiting the game with a hamstring injury in the second half.

The Los Angeles Rams’ defense of their NFC championship ended officially last week with a 34-31 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Despite a 323 yard, two-touchdown performance from Jared Goff and two rushing touchdowns from Todd Gurley, the Rams (8-7) could not keep the Niners at bay enough to get a win that would have kept them alive in the NFC playoff race. A Robbie Gould field goal as time expired sealed the fate of the Rams (, who will look to get a win in this game to finish the season with a winning record.

Rams Week 14 inactives: David Long a healthy scratch vs. Seahawks

The Rams announced their seven inactives for Sunday night against the Seahawks.

The Los Angeles Rams still don’t have their starting right tackle as Rob Havenstein will miss another game. He was ruled out for Sunday night’s matchup with the Seahawks, which isn’t much of a surprise considering he came into the game as doubtful.

In addition to Havenstein being inactive, so too is tight end Gerald Everett. He was ruled out on Friday as this will be the second straight week he’ll be sidelined. He’s currently dealing with a knee injury, which occurred when he hyperextended his leg against the Ravens in Week 12.

Here are the Rams’ other five inactives for Week 14 against the Seahawks, including David Long, who’s a healthy scratch.

It’s worth noting that both Greg Gaines and Tanzel Smart are active for this one, which suggests the Rams will be gearing up to stop the Seahawks’ third-ranked rushing attack. That’s likely why Long is inactive instead.

The Seahawks are without linebacker Mychal Kendricks, who came into the night listed as doubtful. Seattle runs its base 4-3 defense the majority of the time, but that will be a challenge with Kendricks out.
