Raiders preseason schedule dates and times announced

The next time the Raiders will set foot on a football field is now set. Mark your calendars and start your countdown to Sunday, August 13.

That and the other two Raiders preseason dates and times was officially announced today. Here is their full preseason schedule:

Week 1: Sunday, August 13, 1:00 pm — San Francisco 49ers at Raiders
Week 2: Saturday, August 19, 6:00 pm — Raiders at LA Rams
Week 3: Saturday, August 26, 5:00 pm — Raiders at Dallas Cowboys

For the Raiders’ first two preseason games, they will hold joint practices. First in Las Vegas with the 49ers and then in Los Angeles with the Rams.

Raiders add preseason dates and times to 2022 schedule

Last week when the Raiders released their 2022 schedule it wasn’t complete. They had not nailed down their specific dates and times for all of their preseason matchups. Those dates and times are now official.

Preseason lineup looks like this:

All times are Pacific

HoF game — Aug 4, 5pm vs Jaguars
Week 1 — Aug 14, 1:25 pm vs Vikings
Week 2 — Aug 20, 4:00 pm at Dolphins
Week 3 — Aug 26, 5:15pm vs Patriots

There have been reports the Raiders and Patriots are planning to have joint practices prior to their preseason week three matchup. And interesting development especially considering the two teams will also face off in the regular season.

There will be just over two weeks from the Raiders final preseason game until they open the season on Sep 11 in Los Angeles against the Chargers.
