Tiger Woods was at the center of attention after Team USA won the Presidents Cup in Melbourne, Australia on Sunday. He capped off a strong year, and served as Team USA’s captain against the International team. But it was a team win — it wasn’t all about Tiger.
Even though Team USA started the final day with a two-point deficit, they rallied for a win behind strong play from Woods and Matt Kuchar, who hit the clinching putt that gave the Americas the halve they needed to win. Team USA took a 16-14 victory on Sunday.
As the American golfers left the course, they took a moment to soak in the win on their bus by singing Queen’s “We Are The Champions.”
