2022 defensive line prospect Walter Nolen debuted for Powell High School on Friday against Anderson County.
Nolen enrolled at Powell ahead of the 2021 season after transferring from St. Benedict at Auburndale High School in Cordova, Tennessee.
He registered eight tackles, two tackles for a loss, one sack and one forced fumble in his regular season debut with the Panthers.
Powell defeated Anderson County, 60-48, at Scarbro Stadium in Powell, Tennessee.
Nolen’s final three schools in his recruitment are Tennessee, Texas A&M and Florida.
The football early signing period takes place Dec. 15-17 for the 2022 recruiting class.
