They’ll be glad to get back to facing Eastern Conference teams, as they’re 3-2 SU and ATS across the past five vs. East while going 1-5 SU and 3-2-1 ATS across the past six vs. West.
The Pacers posted a 122-116 win over Oklahoma City last time out on Wednesday, but they’re still just 1-3 SU across the past four while failing to cover in each of the previous three.
The last time Indiana faced Detroit they won 116-111 on March 24 in Indy, but they failed to cover a 7.5-point number as the Over connected.
The Pacers also won the first meeting in the “Motor City” Feb. 11 by a 111-95 count as the Under cashed.

Against the spread (ATS)
The PACERS -5.5 (-110) slapped the brakes on a three-game losing skid with a win over OKC last time out. They still haven’t covered in each of their past three, but they’re due.
Indiana is well-rested, and the fact they’re 8-3-1 ATS in the past 12 home games against Detroit also makes them quite attractive despite the cold streak against the number lately.
Over/Under (O/U)
UNDER 223.5 (-110) is the play here. The Pistons are on a 4-1-1 Under run, while going 3-1-1 in the past five as an underdog.
For the Pacers, it’s been all about the Over lately. But they have alternated Over and Under results in the past four.
