Former Alabama stand-out, [autotag]JD Davison[/autotag], has been selected by the Boston Celtics with the No. 53 selection in the 2022 NBA draft.
Davison’s explosive offensive abilities will join some of the league’s rising stars in Boston. The Celtics were the 2021-2022 Eastern Conference Champions and fell short of winning it all. Perhaps Davison could offer a spark.
Davison was the top point guard in the country coming out of high school and chose to spend his lone collegiate season in Tuscaloosa. With the Crimson Tide, Davison posted 8.5 points 4.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists. He has all of the talents in the world, but having an NBA staff to help mold his game a bit will be crucial as well.
