We last saw the Patriots when they claimed a 14-10 victory on the road in a windy Week 13 meeting with the Buffalo Bills. New England QB Mac Jones completed 2 of 3 passes for just 19 yards with just one pass coming in the first half. It was the first time since at least 1978 that so few passes had been attempted in the first half of a game.
RBs Damien Harris (10 carries, 111 yards, 1 TD) and Rhamondre Stevenson (24 carries, 78 yards) handled the bulk of the work for the Patriots. Harris tweaked his hamstring in the second quarter and returned for just one play in the third before sitting out the remainder of the game. His status for Saturday remains uncertain.
The Colts shut out the Houston Texans 31-0 their last time out. RB Jonathan Taylor continued his impressive season with 143 yards and 2 touchdowns on 32 carries, while QB Carson Wentz threw for 158 yards on 16-for-22 passing attempts with 1 touchdown against zero interceptions.
Indianapolis is 6-2 across its last eight games with the only losses coming to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and in overtime to the Tennessee Titans.

Patriots at Colts head-to-head
The Patriots hold a 52-29 edge in the all-time series that dates back to 1970. That includes a 4-1 mark in the postseason. All five playoff matchups came between 2004 and 2015 when QBs Tom Brady and Peyton Manning were regularly leading the clubs deep into the postseason.
The Over has connected in the last nine meetings between the two sides, but there has been a lot of changes in both rosters since New England picked up a 38-24 victory at their last meeting in 2018.
