Panthers at Predators: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Panthers 4, Predators 2

Money line (ML)

The PANTHERS (-125) are the team to back, as they deserved a much better fate Monday. Saros stole the win for the home side in the first half of this back-to-back.

Florida registered 69.32% of the total shot attempts and 65.45% of the scoring chances at 5-on-5 Monday.

The Panthers have a slight edge in the goaltending matchup for the rematch and will seal the win in the season series.

Against the spread (ATS)

The PANTHERS -1.5 (+195) can be backed with a small wager to win by 2 or more goals, but it may require an empty-netter.

Florida is the considerably healthier team in this matchup and that’ll play more to the visitors’ advantage in Game 2; however, the Predators are the more motivated side while fighting to hold off the Dallas Stars (21-15-12) in the Central’s playoff race.

Over/Under (O/U)

Hedge against our above empty-net goal prediction on the puck line and bet the UNDER 6 (-115), even though a push seems most likely.

This is an early playoff game between the 2021 rivals and each of the last three meetings hit the Under.
