Richards started out well, going 1-1 with a 3.45 ERA through five outings, including back-to-back quality starts from Aug. 11-16. However, he has failed to make it out of the third inning in each of his past two outings.
Richards coughed up six runs, two homers and four hits while retiring just two batters in his last start Thursday against the Seattle Mariners.

Marquez checks in with a 2-4 record, 4.50 ERA and 1.33 WHIP with 40 strikeouts across 42 innings in his seven starts.
