The Oregon Ducks come into this showdown after demolishing Portland State 81-7 in their home opener on Saturday. QB Bo Nix, among the Heisman Trophy favorites, led the charge with 287 pass yards on 23 of 27 passing and 3 TDs.

Texas Tech, as a 13.5-point favorite, jumped out to a 17-0 lead at Wyoming before the Cowboys marched back and took the lead. After Texas Tech was able to tie the game and send it to overtime, a missed 2-point conversion in the second overtime sent the Red Raiders to a shocking 35-33 loss.
