In a welterweight bout on the main card, Alex Oliveira meets Miko Price at UFC Fight Night 193 – also known as UFC Vegas 38 – at the UFC’s APEX Facility in Las Vegas. Below, we analyze the UFC Fight Night 193: Oliveira vs. Price odds and lines, with picks and predictions.
The card can be viewed on ESPN+ with the prelims at 4 p.m. ET and the main card at 7 p.m. ET.
The 33-year-old Brazilian Oliveira will be looking to avoid the mat, as his last two fights against Shavkat Rakhmonov and Randy Brown have been losses via submission. Both of those losses came in the first round, and he is just 2-5 across his last seven bouts.
Price is 0-2 with one no-contest across his last three outings. His last victory was a KO/TKO victory against James Vick in the first round Oct. 12, 2019. While each of his last two bouts have gone the distance the previous nine resulted in stoppages.

UFC Fight Night 193 Oliveira vs. Price: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Records: Oliveira (22-10-1) | Price (14-5-0)
Fight result (2-way line or money line)
Price (-200) is just a little too expensive for my liking, costing you two times your potential return.
Oliveira is no pushover and could take this one all the way if he can avoid going to the mat. “Cowboy” has three losses via submission across his last seven fights, so he will not want to get into a ground and pound type fight.
AVOID, and get more specific instead.
Over/Under (O/U)
Playing OVER 1.5 ROUNDS (-155) is a good bet. These two experienced fighters aren’t going to get caught early with a kill shot. They’ll take time to feel each other out.
I don’t believe it will go the distance, however, so NO: WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? (-220) is the play.
As mentioned, get specific and play a two-round block. PRICE TO WIN IN ROUND 2 (+440) and PRICE TO WIN IN ROUND 3 (+900) are solid plays. Yes, you’ll lose one of them if he wins in Round 2 or 3, but you would still be well ahead.
