The Cowboys lost 70-60 Tuesday at West Virginia, so they are completing the Big 12 geographical -nightmare double in traveling to Lubbock. The Red Raiders rank third in the Big12 in offense (75.0 PPG) and second in defense (58.5). Texas Tech is undefeated (9-0) on its home floor and is coming into this game off a monster 65-62 win over No. 1 Baylor Tuesday. The Raiders outshot the Bears, 50.9% to 41.1% in that upset in Waco, Texas.

Against the spread

A young Oklahoma State team making the Stillwater-to-Morgantown-to-Lubbock voyage gets us halfway to a fade. Defensive play that has struggled of late takes us further down the road.
