Who’s in your lineup this week?

We’re less than 24 hours away from the start of round one at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the 2023 Wells Fargo Championship.

Jon Rahm and Scottie Scheffler, the top two players in the Official World Golf Ranking, have decided to take this week off (all players are permitted to skip one designated event this season).

Max Homa enters the week as the defending champion, although his win came at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm after the venue changed to accommodate the 2022 Presidents Cup being staged at Quail Hollow later in the year. Rory McIlroy, a three-time winner of this event, is the last player to win in Charlotte.

If you’re looking for a fantasy lineup to use this week, you’re in luck. Here’s one of our favorite rosters for the Wells Fargo Championship.

2023 Wells Fargo Championship odds: Sleeper picks to win at Quail Hollow

Can a longshot pick take home the title at Quail Hollow?

After a week south of the border, it’s time for another designated event on the PGA Tour. The best players have descended on Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the Wells Fargo Championship.

Jon Rahm and Scottie Scheffler, the top two players in the Official World Golf Ranking, are taking the week off.

Max Homa claimed the Wells Fargo title last year at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm — the championship was moved due to the Presidents Cup being staged at QHC.

Rory McIlroy, who is making his first start since missing the weekend at Augusta, won the 2021 edition over LIV Golf’s Abraham Ancer.

Although big names have dominated the designated events so far this season, let’s take a look at a few sleeper picks that may be worth a shot this week in North Carolina.

Here are 5 bets to consider for the 2023 Mexico Open, including a Jon Rahm/Gary Woodland top-10 parlay

Which pick are you rolling with in Mexico?

The PGA Tour is south of the border this week for the Mexico Open at Vidanta in Vallarta.

Defending champion and world No. 1 Jon Rahm tied for 15th in his last start at the RBC Heritage a week after slipping on the green jacket in Augusta, Georgia.

Rahm won this event by a single shot last season over Tony Finau and Kurt Kitayama.

As for the rest of the field, it’s one of the weakest we’ve seen in a bit. Three of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking are set to tee off Thursday.

Here are five bets you need to consider for the 2023 Mexico Open.

It’s going to be difficult to make a case for any player not named Jon Rahm to win this week, but we’ll try.

It’s going to be difficult to make a case for any player not named Jon Rahm to win this week, but we’ll try.

The 2023 Mexico Open at Vidanta in Vallarta, Mexico, features three of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking. Wouldn’t exactly classify that as a strong field.

Rahm, who most recently tied for 15th at the RBC Heritage a week after adding the green jacket to his wardrobe, is the betting favorite at +260. Tony Finau is the next name on the list and he sits at +750. Two clear alpha dogs in this field.

Both Zurich Classic champions, Nick Hardy and Davis Riley, withdrew from the field Monday.

2023 Chevron Championship odds, picks to win: Can Nelly Korda claim another major title?

Nelly Korda is due for another major championship.

The 2023 Chevron Championship is going to be different.

Last year was the final playing at the iconic Mission Hills in California and now the year’s first women’s major championship is being held at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas.

Jennifer Kupcho, the 20th-ranked player in the world, is the defending champion and is coming off a T-25 performance at the DIO Implant LA Open.

Several players in the field, including Nelly Korda and Lydia Ko, discussed the new venue and how it differs from Mission Hills.

Korda and Ko are the betting favorites this week at 11/1 (+1100), followed closely by Jin Young Ko and Atthaya Thitikul at 12/1 (+1200).

5 prop bets for the 2023 RBC Heritage including Justin Thomas or Max Homa to win at 14/1

A few of these are too good to pass up.

The annual Masters hangover is a bit more bearable this year thanks to the new designated events on the PGA Tour, as world No. 1 Jon Rahm, Scottie Scheffler, defending champion Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas and Collin Morikawa lead the best field in the history of the RBC Heritage.

Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is different than the other venues we’ve seen host these star-studded events so far this season. It demands precision, patience and does a fantastic job of minimizing the advantage bombers have off the tee.

Let’s jump onto five prop bets for the RBC Heritage, starting with a triple chance to win that includes two names we mentioned in our expert picks story on Tuesday.

2023 RBC Heritage odds: 3 sleeper picks to win including Justin Rose (75/1)

Rose is coming off a top 20 at the Masters and finished 14th at Harbour Town in 2020.

After the year’s first major, the PGA Tour is headed to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, for yet another designated event. The RBC Heritage is boasting one of the best —if not the best — fields it’s ever had.

World No. 1 and green jacket-wearing Jon Rahm, Scottie Scheffler, defending champion Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and more are all set to tee it up come Thursday morning.

The third-ranked player in the world, Rory McIlroy, withdrew from the field on Monday. He missed the cut at the Masters last week.

Here are three sleepers to keep an eye on at Harbour Town, starting with a player who has already won on Tour this season.
