SportsbookWire.com’s Alex White has tabbed her best college football bet for Saturday. It’s a side from an ACC matchup involving the North Carolina Tar Heels (6-4, 3-3 ACC) and the Boston College Eagles (5-5, 2-4). Kickoff from Chestnut Hill is slated for noon ET and will be televised on the CW Network.
As of Friday at 11:47 p.m. ET, BetMGM Sportsbook has UNC favored by 2.5 points — the Tar Heels were -3 earlier in the day.
North Carolina enters on a 3-game win streak, but is 1-2 against the spread (ATS) in those victories.
Boston College is coming off 38-28 loss at No. 12 SMU (9-1), which sits atop the ACC with a 6-0 conference record. However, the Eagles covered as 19-point road underdogs and are on a 3-0 ATS run. (Rankings: US LBM Coaches Poll)
The Tar Heels won the last head-to-head meeting 26-22 back in 2020, but didn’t cover as 14-point road favorites.
Listen below to why Alex likes this game as her best bet.
