Vikings QB Kirk Cousins OVER 1.5 passing touchdowns (-162)

This Week 5 matchup between the Vikings and the Seahawks projects to be a high-scoring, back-and-forth game on Sunday Night Football. If that is the case, the Vikings will need Cousins to be on the top of his game.

Can Cousins throw for two or more touchdowns in this game? He has already accomplished that twice this season against the Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans. At -162, he’s a good bet to do it again this week against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

Seahawks WR D.K. Metcalf OVER 67.5 receiving yards (-145)

Metcalf has been incredibly consistent over the last four weeks. He has caught four passes and totaled at least 92 receiving yards in each game. In Week 5, he will go against a Vikings defense that lacks the cornerback talent to slow him down. Look for Metcalf to catch multiple deep passes down the field and to easily go OVER 67.5 receiving yards (-145).

Vikings QB Kirk Cousins OVER 22.5 passing completions (-106)

Cousins has not had a game yet this season with 20 or more passing completions. Week 5 feels like a big passing day, as he will take on a Seattle defense that is allowing a league-hight 401 passing yards per game. Look for the Vikings to throw the ball a ton in this game and for Cousins to far exceed the 22.5 passing completions set for him at BetMGM.

Seahawks RB Chris Carson to score first Seattle TD (+375)

Carson has been fantastic for Seattle to start the season, scoring five total touchdowns on 68 touches. The Seahawks love to use his power and strength near the goal line. At +375, Carson is a strong bet to score the team’s first touchdown of the game.

Vikings WR Justin Jefferson to score 2 or more touchdowns (+600)

Jefferson, a rookie, has emerged as a star over the last two weeks, catching 11 passes for 278 yards and one touchdown. Week 5 feels like an opportunity for an even bigger day for Jefferson as Seattle has struggled to stop receivers all year long. If this game becomes a shootout or if the Vikings get behind early, look for Jefferson to see double-digit targets and score a few touchdowns.
