Buccaneers QB Tom Brady UNDER 306.5 passing yards (-110)

First and foremost, it’s important to point out the Saints haven’t allowed a single opponent to throw for more than 274 yards in a single game this season. That can’t be ignored, showing just how good their pass defense has been all year long.

Brady averaged 224 yards passing per game in his two starts against the Saints this season and although he’s thrown for at least 340 yards in six of his last eight games, I think he’ll come in UNDER 300 yards Sunday night.

Saints WR Michael Thomas OVER 6.5 receptions (+100)

Thomas is unquestionably QB Drew Brees‘ favorite target and there’s no reason to believe that’ll change this weekend. He’ll get a healthy share of targets out of the slot in the Saints’ quick passing game and will top 7 receptions.

With this game having the potential to become a shootout, I fully expect the Saints to be throwing the ball often. Bet the OVER 6.5 (+100).

Buccaneers OVER 23.5 points (-125)

The Buccaneers offense has been rolling of late. They’ve scored at least 31 points in each of their last four games and Brady always steps up in the postseason, where he’s often at his best.

They may not top 30 points Sunday night, but I’m confident they’ll find the end zone at least three times and score a field goal to put their total over 23 points.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara to score first TD (+500)

This one is a long-shot pick, given the odds. Kamara had a nose for the end zone this season, scoring an NFL-high 21 total touchdowns despite missing a game. He’s most likely going to score Sunday night, it’s just a matter of when.

If the Saints start fast and get into the red zone, Kamara has a good chance to score either on the ground or as a receiver. His dual-threat ability makes this a worthwhile wager.

Buccaneers TE Rob Gronkowski anytime TD (+225)

Gronkowski wasn’t involved much as a receiver against the Washington Football Team last week, only being targeted once time despite playing 74% of the snaps. That’s because he was asked to block often, which I don’t think will necessarily be the case against the Saints.

He’s a red-zone weapon and his rapport with Brady is undeniable. The odds aren’t exactly short, but it’s a good risk/reward value.

Divisional Round Prop Bet Payday: 5 Los Angeles Rams at Green Bay Packers prop predictions

Highlighting five NFL NFC Divisional Round player prop bet predictions as the Los Angeles Rams take on the Green Bay Packers Saturday.

The Los Angeles Rams (11-6) visit the Green Bay Packers (13-3) Saturday afternoon to open the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, with kickoff set for 4:35 p.m. ET at Lambeau Field. Below, we highlight five props bet predictions from the BetMGM game menu to consider for the Rams-Packers NFC Divisional Round matchup.

Odds via BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated Friday at 8:52 a.m. ET.

Packers WR Davante Adams UNDER 76.5 receiving yards (-110)

Rams CB Jalen Ramsey faced some of the top receivers in the NFL this season but didn’t allow a single one to go over 57 yards receiving when in coverage – and that group included players such as DK Metcalf, DeAndre Hopkins, Mike Evans, Amari Cooper and Allen Robinson.

Adams is extremely talented and can take over a game, but Packers QB Aaron Rodgers won’t force the ball to him with Ramsey in coverage.

Take the UNDER 76.5 (-110) here.

Rams RB Cam Akers OVER 70.5 rushing yards (-105)

Akers burst onto the scene as one of the top running backs in football over the last five weeks. He rushed for at least 72 yards in four of his last six games, including a 131-yard performance against the Seattle Seahawks last week. The Rams will rely on the running game against a Packers defense that ranked 21st in yards per carry allowed this season.

Take the OVER 70.5 (-105).

RAMS to call first time out (-115)

Ask any Rams fan and they’ll tell you head coach Sean McVay has a penchant for wasting timeouts early in games. If the play clock is running down on a key third-down play, or if he doesn’t like the look the defense gives, he’ll call a timeout and reset.

Take the RAMS (-115) to call the first timeout.

Rodgers OVER 1.5 touchdown passes (-200)

Rodgers had multiple touchdown passes in 14 of his 16 games this season. The Rams allowed only 17 touchdown passes all year, but Rodgers is a different breed. He’ll find the end zone at least twice against the Rams, even if they’re not of the deep variety. He and Adams will connect in the red zone.

Packers RB Aaron Jones OVER 25.5 yards receiving (-110)

Jones didn’t have a prolific season catching the ball, but he’s still highly effective in that phase of the game. He had six games with at least 3 catches and 26 yards, and he’s going up against a Rams defense that is weak at inside linebacker.

Expect Rodgers to dump it off to Jones often when the pressure comes. Take the OVER 25.5 (-110).
