The Atlanta Falcons didn’t qualify for the playoffs in 2021, but they were significantly more competitive than they were last season. Despite being outscored, 459-313, this scrappy Atlanta team stayed in the hunt up until a Week 17 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
On Friday, the Associated Press released the 2021 NFL All-Pro Team results, and while no Falcons players were selected to the first team, second-year cornerback A.J. Terrell and veteran long snapper Josh Harris were named to the second team.
Terrell received eight votes, while Harris received 12 votes.

Atlanta was harshly criticized for using a first-round pick on Terrell back in 2020, but the former Clemson standout has proven his doubters wrong and then some. Terrell allowed just 29 catches on 66 targets, while breaking up 16 passes and recording three interceptions.
Harris has been a quality long snapper for years, and finally receives some credit for what is normally a thankless job.
