New York Jets home underdogs vs. Miami Dolphins in Week 12

The Miami Dolphins are the betting favorites in their Week 12 road game at the New York Jets.

The Miami Dolphins (6-4) play the AFC East rival New York Jets (0-10) Sunday at 1 p.m. at MetLife Stadium in Week 12. Here’s a look at the early betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

Miami lost to Denver Broncos, 20-13, in Week 12 snapping a five-game win streak. QB Tua Tagovailoa had a rough outing in his first loss as a starter and was benched in the second-half for QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Tagovailoa passed for just 83 yards and took six sacks.

Also, Miami’s defense got trampled by a Denver ground game featuring RBs Melvin Gordon—who had two rushing touchdowns—and Phillip Lindsay that gained 189 rushing yards. The Dolphins failed to cover as 4-point road favorites and the game went Under the 46-point total.

The Jets had the week off. They lost at home to the New England Patriots 30-27 in the Week 9 Monday Night Football game. New York led 20-10 at the half, 27-17 after three and 27-20 with 6:04 to go, but the Pats tied it at the 1:57 mark and won it on a 51-yard field goal as time expired. The Jets’ 0-9 start is the worst in their franchise history.

The Chargers dropped their third in a row, losing at the Miami Dolphins 29-21 in Week 10. QB Justin Herbert completed 20 of 32 passes for a season-low 187 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception.
