Eagles Final Injury Report: 2 starters ruled out for game vs. Seahawks

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without a key starter in their huge home matchup with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. The Eagles released their final injury report, with Lane Johnson listed as out for the contest.

Nelson Agholor (knee), safety Rudy Ford (abdomen) and Johnson (concussion) were not at practice. Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (ankle) and linebacker Nigel Bradham (ankle) were at practice and should be game-time decisions.

Rookie Andre Dillard will make his first career start at right tackle.

Jordan Howard hasn’t been cleared for contact and could miss his second straight game. Howard suffered a shoulder injury in the win over the Chicago Bears on Nov. 3, which was described as a “stinger”.

The Philadelphia Eagles could get one of their top weapons back, as Doug Pederson provided an update on Alshon Jeffery during his Friday morning press conference. On the status of Jeffery and wide receiver Nelson Agholor, Pederson said that both players “are progressing well” and sound like they’ll be active on Sunday.

Pederson referenced both his receivers needing to play on Sunday despite being “banged up.”

Jeffery has been working to return since injuring his ankle in the team’s win over the Chicago Bears. Agholor suffered a knee injury in the final minutes against the Patriots, and he’s yet to practice this week.
