It was a no-doubter for the Spartans on Thursday night.

Michigan State basketball made easy work of Washington on Thursday, cruising to an 88-54 victory over the visiting Huskies. Michigan State fell behind 1-0 to start the game, but from that point on it was all Spartans. Michigan State used a defensive dominant performance in the first half to build a nearly 30-point lead, and from there they coasted to the win.

Michigan State improved to 13-2 overall and 4-0 in Big Ten play with the win. The Spartans have now won eight straight games dating back to the Maui Invitational in November.

Michigan State dominated Washington for an 88-54 victory at the Breslin Center. The Spartans were clearly the better team all night, and remained perfect in Big Ten play on the year with the win.

Michigan State fell behind 1-0 to start the game, but from that point on it was all Spartans. Michigan State used a defensive dominant performance in the first half to build a nearly 30-point lead, and from there they coasted to the win.

Michigan State is now 13-2 overall and 4-0 in Big Ten play. Michigan State will return to the court on Sunday in a road game at Northwestern. Tipoff is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET and the game will be televised on FOX.
